TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment
- Payment methods accepted: Zelle, Paypal f&f, Venmo, or CashApp (All prices are in USD).
- f&f payments only ! Please let me know in advance if you would like to pay via g&s.
- 50% upfront to secure your slot, and the remaining 50% plus shipping costs will be billed once the sketch is approved.
- If an upfront payment cannot be made, the slot will be handed to the next person in the queueCommercial pricing will be 3x standard pricing, with an upfront payment and a written contract. If it's later decided that a personal commission will be repurposed for commercialization, an upfront payment will be required before proceeding. I'm willing to work on an individual basis if this requires further discussion or negotiation.- I cannot guarantee refunds once work has been started on the commission.General tos

- Commercial Use: Please contact me with any inquiries. Do not use my artwork for profit without contacting and receiving consent from me first.
- Please provide reference images; the more, the better!
- I have the right to refuse any offers. I am under no obligation to accept any commissions or requests.
- Please be patient; Asking for updates is alright, but please do not rush/ pressure me to get your commission done faster (within reason!) Depending on how far back your slot is, it may take a few weeks to a few months for your commission to be completed. If you find any of this to be a deal breaker, I ask that you please do not request a commission from me.
- Commissions may appear on my social media accounts. Please let me know beforehand if you would prefer for a commission not to be posted. (flat $5 fee)
- I reserve the right to use any commissions in my portfolio unless the private fee is paid.
- Please do not edit my art without contacting and receiving consent from me first.

I am not in a smoke or pet-free home. No smoking occurs indoors, and products are never directly exposed to smoke, as they're all stored in air-tight containers when not being worked on. I have a budgie parakeet as well. Please refrain from commissioning me if any of this is an issue.Shipping
- Domestic tracked shipping starts at $6
- International tracked shipping starts at $18
- I am not responsible for any damage caused by postal services. I make sure to package and wrap everything safely, but if any damage still occurs, I can try to help you make a case with the shipping courier.- Any egregious violations of the tos will result in being blacklisted
